Recruit Engineers was founded by Carlow businessman Thomas Dunne. What began as a vision in 2011 became a reality in 2012 with the launch of our original agency in Perth, Western Australia. From the outset, the business focused on connecting Irish engineers with top-tier Australian companies.
Over time, it became clear that Irish engineers were in high demand not just in Australia, but around the world. Recognising this global need, Thomas brought the business home to Ireland, where we now operate full-time—helping Irish companies fill critical roles in engineering and management every day.
